What is a certificate of conformity?
A certificate of conformity is granted to a product that meets a minimum set of regulatory, technical and safety requirements.
What information is included in the certificate of conformity?
The certificate of conformity contains the item name, the specifications, the batch number, the materials used, the standard number, the part number, the quantity per pack, the production date, the valid date, the inspector information, the manufacturer name and the manufacturer address.
Are your masks medical grade?
Medical grade masks are reserved for use by healthcare personnel. We only sell non-medical masks.
What is a non-medical mask?
Non-medical masks do not go through the same certification process to be used in environments where medical grade is required. This ultimately makes the mask accessible for the general population.
What's the difference between N95 and KN95?
The difference between N95 and KN95 masks is where each is certified. The US certifies the N95 masks. China certifies the KN95 masks.
Are your masks Health Canada approved?
Health Canada certifies medical grade masks. We only sell non-medical masks.
Are your masks FDA approved?
The FDA certifies N95 type masks. We only sell KN95 type masks.
Are your masks NIOSH approved?
NIOSH certifies N95 type masks. We only sell KN95 type masks.
What is the GB2626-2006 standard?
The GB2626-2006 is a standard that has similar properties to the N95.
What does ships within 24 hours mean?
Ships within 24 hours means that your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours after placing the order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. The average expedited shipping time is between 2-8 business days. With the changing COVID-19 situation and Omicron variant, Canada Post may be experiencing delays. If your order is delayed, we recommend you contact Canada Post customer service at 1 (866) 607-6301.
Can I return my order?
As per our return policy, once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund or cancel the order.
Where are you masks manufactured?
Our masks are manufactured in China and ship from Canada.
What is the brand of your masks?
Due to extremely high demand, the brand, model and size of our masks may vary depending on availability.
Will your masks protect me from COVID-19?
We cannot give medical advice or claim that the mask will protect you from COVID-19.
My glasses fog up when I wear the KN95, what can I do?
When we breathe out, the inside of the KN95 becomes positively pressurized. This means that the pressure inside the KN95 will be greater than the surrounding air, and the air from inside will rush out. When you breathe in however, the inside of the KN95 becomes negatively pressurized. As a result, the KN95 will collapse closer to your face and incoming air is forced to enter through the material. The air we breathe out is warm and moist, and a small amount can fog up glasses. If you find your glasses tend to fog up, you may find it helpful to put antifog solution on the lenses to prevent them from fogging up.
My mask is too small, do you have larger sizes?
If you have trouble fitting your KN95, you can use mask adjusters to ensure the mask fits tightly enough. You can get your mask adjusters here: https://goltum.com/collections/ear-savers-mask-extenders
